Chennaram Medical camp follow up case Patient Sri K. Anvesh, (M/21), resident of Kondareddypalli, Nagar Kurnool District, Chennaram Cluster, is suffering from hard of hearing and recurrent discharge from left ear and diagnosed as left Chronic Otitis Media. Patient had history of left endoscopic Tympanoplasty surgery earlier in some other hospital but it is failed. He attended medical camp held at Chennaram on 5.11.23 and the case registered by the members of our Organization and referred for follow up action. State Medical Activity Incharge taken the patient to Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad on 8.11.23 and .Dr. K. Ram Babu, MS DLO, ENT surgeon, examined the patient and informed that he is suffering from left Chronic Otitis Media and advised for early surgery. Surgical profile prepared and patient admitted in Apollo Hospital on 15.11.23. Dr. K. Ram Babu, did left Tympanoplasty surgery on the same day . Post OP recovery is uneventful and patient discharged on 15.11.23 in stable condition. Patient and his family members expressed their happiness and gratitude for the services rendered by the organization members.
