Nizamabad district follow up case: Patient Y. Vinod (M/20), met with a fire accident in 2006 sustained burn injuries over right hand due to accidental fall into the fire at the age of two years and treated medically at Nizamabad. Patient developed post burn Flexion constructure and approached State Medical incharge, TS for advise and treatment. Patient advised to see Dr. Bharatendu Swain, Plastic surgeon in Aakar Asha Hospital, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Accordingly patient gone to Aakar Asha Hospital and Dr. Swamin examined the patient on 24.7.23. and advised for plastic surgery. Preliminary investigations were done and patient admitted in the hospital on 7.8.23. Bridging incision release of 4th webspace reconstruction done on 16.8.23 under general anesthesia.
