Nagar Kurnool District- Chennaram – ENT - Follow up case. Patient Kum. P. Jhansi, (F/24), Achempeta, Nagar Kurnool district, is suffering from discharge from both ears and hard of hearing. She came to the ENT camp conducted at Chennaram on 12.3.23 Patient is non diabetic or hypertensive. Patient taken to Dr.K. Ram Babu MS (ENT) Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. After investigations, patient is diagnosed as bilateral chronic Otitis Media. and needs surgery. Consent of family members has been taken. Surgical profile is prepared. Patient underwent left Mastoidectomy with Tympanoplasty under GA on 9.5.23 for the left ear under day care. Post OP recovery is uneventful and discharged in stable condition in the evening.
