Chennaram ENT - FOLLOW UP CASE: Smt.Chandrakala (F/30), Bakaram village, Nagar kurnool district, is suffering from right ear discharge and hard of hearing. She came to the ENT camp conducted at Chennaram on 12.3.23 Patient is non diabetic or Hypertensive. Patient taken to Dr.K. Ram Babu MS (ENT) Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. After investigations diagnosed as Right Chronic Otitis Media and needs surgery. Consent of family members has been taken. Surgical profile is prepared. Patient undergone Tympanoplasty surgery on 11.3.23 for the right ear under day care and discharged in stable condition in evening. Review done on 12.4.24.
