Ranga Reddy District - Follow up case: Patient Sri V. Venkateswarlu, (M/71), sevadal member of Vanasthalipuram Samithi and Kamalanagar Bhajana Mandali Incharge is suffering from breathlessness and chest discomfort since 5 months. Patient has been taken to Dr. Anil Kumar Mulpur on 15.4.23 at Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Doctor examined patient and advised early Coronary Angiogram. Patient is Diabetes Mellitus Type-II, Hypertension, Bronchial Asthma and Cervical Spondylitis Patient undergone CAG on 17.4.23 revealed Single Vessel Disease (LAD). On the advise of Dr. Anil Kumar Mulpur, adhoc PTCA to LAD stent done with good result. His hospital stay was uneventful and discharged in stable hemodynamic state with medication on 19.4.23.
