Warangal District - ENT - FOLLOW UP CASE: Sri Damidishetti Muralidhar, (M/49), Surepalli village, Nekkonda Mandal, Warangal Rural district, is suffering from right ear discharge and hard of hearing. Patient is non diabetic or Hypertensive. Patient taken to Dr.K. Ram Babu MS (ENT) Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad in the last week of October 2022. After investigations diagnosed as Right Chronic Otitis Media and needs surgery. Consent of family members has been taken. Surgical profile is prepared. Patient undergone Tympanoplasty surgery on 24.11.22 for the right ear under day care and discharged in stable condition in evening.
